I will make a note of everything that I feel that needs doing and afterwards I will write up and send you the report. The report will highlight priorities and some things will be easy fixes. If we have time that day then ideally it would good to make some changes there and then (if you feel comfortable to do so). If necessary, the report will also advise you of how many additional hours that may be required to fully transform your home or you may feel confident to make the changes yourself. The report will also include a personalised pre viewing checklist to make sure everything is perfect for viewings. Initial consultation and report £200. Following the make over, I also offer a photo assistant service. This is where I provide that extra pair of eyes and natural expertise to ensure your home is shown to it's maximum potential when the estate agent comes to take the photos. This is a fixed price of £60 and I would anticipate that I would arrive an hour before the estate agent is due and stay whilst the photos are being taken.
